Hi! I’m Aubrey.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapists specializing in somatic therapy to support individuals, couples and families throughout their perinatal wellness journeys. With expertise in areas such as fertility, pre-conception, conception, womb and birth trauma, infant feeding, child development, pregnancy, birth and postpartum support, and parenting, I offer an embodied approach to care. My practice integrates pre- & perinatal psychology, EMDR, somatic therapy, EFT, and attachment therapies, creating a nurturing space for those navigating trauma, healing, parenthood, and partnership.
My background in midwifery and experience as a doula, child development educator, and preschool teacher enhance my understanding of the challenges and feelings of isolation that many families encounter during the perinatal period. Personal insights from my own fertility, parenting and partnering experiences contribute to a genuine connection with my clients.
Outside of my practice, I find joy in the rhythm of nature, exploring creativity in the kitchen, and enjoying spontaneous dance parties.
